Account and data deletion

PestVision AI accounts are created and managed by Efficacy Pest Control Services Pvt. Ltd., so account deletion is handled by us on request rather than inside the app.

How to request deletion

• Email info@efficacypestcontrol.com from the address registered on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”, or call +91 88843 81111.
• Tell us the name and email address on the account and whether you want the account closed, your personal data deleted, or both.
• We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting, so that nobody can delete someone else’s account.

What happens

• Your sign-in is disabled and your active sessions on all devices are ended.
• Your personal information on the account (name, email, phone, preferences) is deleted or anonymised.
• Business records that the law or a contract requires us to keep, such as invoices, tax records, service agreements and inspection reports already issued to a client, are kept for the legally required period and then deleted or anonymised. Where possible they are kept without your personal details.
• We tell you when the request is complete.

Photos, videos and audio

Inspection photos, videos and voice recordings belong to the inspection record of the client or property they relate to. Ask us to delete specific items, and we will do so unless we must keep them as part of a record described above.
